Welcome back, Sneh, and beautiful insight, Susan we had a little merit
offering going from a recent retreat, Sneh-ji, but didn¹t want to say until
now. I love the idea of the group focusing and sending good energy in a given
direction--- what a resource both for the clients who need it and for
ourselves as practitioners.

I simply want to thank everybody for their loving wishes, prayers and
healing thoughts. It truly helped me to recover so fast. The power of
prayer: I had a first hand experience of it that I will never forget.
I will certainly use it more often in constellations, when it is
about strengthening someone for an upcoming ordeal.
I hope it will continue to do good to you too, Chris, to hear how we
all care for what is happening to you and friends. It is part of
being a community, even if mostly a kyber space one. And if we look
at ourselves as a system (CT), which we are, whatever is happening to
any of us, we all can feel the reverberations of it. So it is good
those personal things are in the open, than we all can look for
resources and share them with the ones in need and with ourselves. My
own experience of being at the receiving end was such an
overwhelmingly heartwarming and intimate feeling of being carried- if
we find ways in our work to help people have similar experiences in
times of need, than we do more than good.
It was the sense of belonging to such a heart strong group that
touched me deepest. Many tears of gratitude were shed.
I can see where this could be used when a client has really nothing
soothing coming from their own family, and even the ancestors beeing
difficult to be present: we could have them in front of a "group of
people who care the way they would have needed than and there". I
believe this can work.
And the question about how global warming is impacting us all: that
calls for a big big constellation worth doing. I'd love to hear from
anyone doing one soon (I myself am still on "vacation" till mid of
march.) And Don, in some way you did your own inner constellation
with looking at the way you live, most probably we all are living. I
am just looking at mine. (Not much different...)
Something came to my mind when I first heard about the fires through
my husband in hospital: once on a fair in my hometown of Freiburg, I
bought some big interesting looking seeds coming from Australia. The
man who sold them said, that some trees there need to be burnt, in
order to pass on life. Only when their seeds live through a fire they
can burst open and give the seeds free. Sneh
