Bet Hellinger talks about being in tune with the movement as a
facilitator. My sensations are that, there is a moment in the
constellation where something seems to break open in the field, and a
rush of energy comes through, sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming
and can bring me to tears, but its an energy I can stand in and feel
love, but the feelings of love is as though 'it is love' , as though
it is outside of me as well. The energy has an intense purity about
it, that I have not found in other parts of my life. Thinking back
now, I often step back at this moment, if I am standing in the in the
field, and at that moment is when the healing movement in the
constellation gets its biggest impulse, and then the constellation
usually ends quite soon afterwards, there is no more work to be done
by me as a facilitator. Also when this first rush comes, its a moment
when the clearest phrase of healing comes to me or to the
representatives.
This sensation that I am talking about does not always happen, or its
quality varies in intensity. However I tend to notice it more now or
it seems to be there more. It can be in any type of constellation,
even sometimes organisational constellations, but not usually so
strong. What I find good about this sensation is that it very clearly
points to the healing movement. For example, in an organisational
constellation, even though the energy seems less, it has guided me to
see that when the second in charge stands next to the boss, then
sometimes that is enough, as the rest of the management team will
start to follow, and you can see their movement beginning, its an
though there is an energy now that brings the system together in good
order. If the constellation stops there, there seems to be a goodness
of leaving that up to the client now, and it seems to help them
connect with the movement too.
Hard to put into words, but a beautiful thing when it happens.

I was exploring the work of Rupert Sheldrake and the concept of morphic
resonance (as an organizing field), as a reference to Jungs concept of a
unitary science in my dissertation on the archetype of sovereignty
and our
interconnectedness with all that is. As I have stood in the 'field' of a
constellation, I was aware of information that I was not usually
connected
to. My sense is that this 'cauldron' or field is the crucible of the
alchemical forces - or the power of divine love?. Its been a while
since I
have talked about this so my response may not be very clear. It may
be more
of an intuition than anything but I do agree that the binding force is
indeed, Love. Or perhaps even Amore in the classic sense that it
combines
the passion as well as the devotion of divine love.
