Thanks Sadhana for your sharing about transformation and about the
importance of recognition of the moment of "hands off".
It's never too much talking and poinitng that.
When I read your words describing the moment "it's over", it reminded me
about beautiful (anonymus for me) quote called Four Immutable Laws of
Detachment:
1. Whowever shows up there were exactly the right people
2. When it begins, it's always the right time
3. Whatever happens is the only thing that could've happened
4. When it's over, it's over!
Tht's kind of my mantra, and I love that fourth point especially :)
Sometimes a weight of hardship with a deep recognizing "it's over", with
"letting go" - is the same like amount of experiencing freedom and lightness
after letting go.
I agree with many posts here about raising awareness in recognition what is
real and what is not; in my understanding the good way to keep contact with
reality is to be conscious about my own Ego-projections and assumptions.
On the other hand reality doesn't exist, there are just levels of personal
perception, more or less entangled with projections.
That truth started to be explored and described by Plato, Buddha and many
others; I like a quote from Neville Goddard: "What appears to be solid
reality is actually the result of "expectations" or "assumptions" (...)
Assumption then hardens to the fact".
But I acknowledge that as a term of description - it's useful to mention
Reality, maybe as the abstractive point we hope to pursue. When I
acknowledge the importance of reality, I keep my focus on suspending my
personal projections and assumptions, and I can lower the presumption of my
own importance assumed by my illusive Ego.

Hello Michael and all,
Thankyou for asking this question about what we perveive to be important
for ancestors and the "hands off" awareness. It really is very interesting
to delve into this. I think it is always important as a person facilitating
and also as a person in my own growth process to hold a single pointed focus
of "transformation". This focus has helped immensly in the process of
discerning what is real, what is not or what is connected to life force and
what is not. There are so many directions for energy to move and it is easy
to get lost without something to pave a way to transcendence. Over the years
I have learnt not to dissipate energy in matters that do not involve
transformative opportunity.
"Hands off" sometimes can mean "its not for transformation" either because
the weight of the evolutionary field is unwilling to too heavy, or the
weight of the facilitator is not lighter than the ancestors. Transformation
has its own orders and existential laws that need to be heeded. One of them
is that the higher level of consciousness can penetrate the lower and help
raise consciousness but the lower is unable to do this. It is often a common
misperception in FC that all are equal in the field. When we assess ways
that transformation happens, that is not so. Sometimes the ancestors are
entangled in their own anti life entanglements and it is a clear "hands off"
from them. In cases such as these I find it helpful to keep looking at them
with love and respect, with invitation, openness and a very clear "its
over". I find myself acknowledging fully, feeling their pain fully and at
the same time allowing the "its over......to be there." The resolve is
we cannot do anything about what happened but we can make good of it
together now in this new present. The effect of this has always been very
sweet and seems to melt or dissolve old loyalties of love from the past.
So what is important is GROWTH, that can only happen via transformative
process. Growth always gives more strength. Moving forward and upward always
involves that. If it does'nt involve that, weakness remains or gets weaker.
The real question is "if I move in this direction, will it help growth?" or
as Hellinger says "does this make me or you stronger or weaker?"

Thanks to Fung, Zaida, Julio, Zaque, Thomas, and all who have
responded on this thread. I've pulled a better picture together.
All lot of we "3rd generation" facilitators have only a vague sense of
the internal history of our community. And of course, that is going
to look different to different perceivers. Sometimes parts of it feel
to me like important issues among my ancestors, about which I feel
curious but also at times like it's "hands off." Is it stuff we
"younger ones" need to know about and deal with? Or is it a "leave it
with them" situation. Interesting question...
I like Thomas's Wiki idea--though of course the rub is the work of
setting up and administrating.
