I noticed that the chances of the children inheriting the stress were higher
the closer their birth time was to the actual date of 9/11.
I wonder how the DNA "repairs" or transforms itself with time. I also wonder
if non-pregnant women who had PTSD from 9/11, but got pregnant *later* would
also pass on the stress, and there again, how is that affected by the
passage of time? A child born ten years later to a mother who suffered PTSD
after witnessing or being there at 9/11 - how would that go?
I realize you didn't conduct the study Gail, but this is a broad question to
CT in terms of their experience.
