Eloquently put, One thing Heinz Stark taught us in my GREAT training with him
was that we can see 2 rep's for the same role... To gain gratitude, honor and
respect for anyone ESPECIALLY our Parents and family of origin.
We have our human mother and father with all of their baggage and negative
entanglements with their own systems and life itself to deal with. We also have
the part of them that co-created us in that divine moment of orgasmic
connection and conception from which we all emanated from except from in
vitro/test tube conceptions. So we have the divine Masculine with the human
father and the divine feminine with the human mother and the divine child yet
to become ha human in life with this latest addition to the Family System.
Being able to separate these aspects allowed me to have a bigger view of how
these people were damaged by life and loss but still remain GREAT as my
creators both at the same time. For me with a less than perfect childhood
allowed me to have deep gratitude for these humans who birthed me showed me
their version of life but still were as perfect as I was deep inside of the
wreckage left by their ancestors my grand's and greats etc.... This helped me
greatly have allot of gratitude as they got fu**ed over just like me, making us
all the same, no better or worse. This opened my eyes to many things to be
grateful for. Believe me I NEVER was until I discovered this fantastic work. we
can apply this insight to anyone and everyone.
A sincere Namaste and deep gratitude for Chris Walsh for creating this venue
to share wisdom of the ages for us all to learn and grow from. Be kind to him
as he's getting on in years...
Happy Birthday DUDE, Sincerely GARY STUART

Thank you for your post Anni. Gratefulness is on the top of the list of daily
living this life for me.....I too am continuing to evolve in this gratitude
attitude. I choose to see difficulty as a gift and crisis as a trampoline (so
to speak) to transformation/evolvement. Gratitude helps guides me away from
resisting unpleasant circumstances and widens my consciousness making room for
wisdom and creative ideas in the midst of it all. I spent many years seeing
difficulties as an enemy and I share this post as a tribute to teachers both in
human form and in life challenges to mind, body and spirit. Thanks, Rita
Warmest Regards,
Rita A. Martino

Subject: [ConstellationTalk] gratitude
I have been asked in the past few days to consider the implications of fear in
business success. What has come to mind is really not related to fear but
rather
to the object of the fear and how we have an opportunity to re-capture the
image
of it in a new way. One of the keys to spiritual wellness and also, with some
irony to business success is a choice to approach all things with gratitude. I
want here to thank Gary for his last post which included this theme within.
Even
as seasoned facilitators it can be a habitual reaction to many events that we
perceive as negative to simply disregard the importance of how they may in some
way be of benefit to us. By internally shifting our perception to one that
includes gratitude for the situation we then have an ability to see things in a
shifted perspective that often leads to a movement that is free of fear. This
is
not to say that we ought to simply ignore red flags that pop up in our lives as
warnings of danger and help us to steer in a direction that is safe. What I am
attempting to say is that in any situation we can adopt an attitude of being
thankful for it. Period. Just thankful. When we do that our consciousness is
allowed to function in a much different setting. We can choose actions
motivated
by loving kindness rather than fear and possibly anger. We hold no sway over
the
actions of another but we can make systemic differences simply by choosing
gratitude for anything we encounter. In the latest postings on health and
wellness, it seems to me that the first thing we can do to shift the energy
that
is affecting us is to give thanks for it. Then we can much more easily deal
with
it from a place that is not filled with fear and anxiety. When I give thanks
for
something I am moved out of the stance of a victim and into a position of
neutrality that allows me choices that are not motivated by fear. The
difficulty
of having gratitude for something we perceive as harmful to us roots us in a
position of stubborn resentment. This is not a vantage point from where we can
make decisions based in wisdom and with universal loving energy. When we are
able to move into a new perspective of the situation we gain insights and
enlightenment that reveal safe and healing movements we can choose. We are no
longer reacting to the situation but rather we are observers who see the whole.
This is one of humanity's most difficult movements, to let go of fear and
resentment and the anger and retaliation that accompany them. Gratitude doesn't
garner much press. It is calm and wise and creates no big headlines. Perhaps we
can learn its wonders and reap its consequences.
