I've been working a lot with communities that are involved in issues and
drug gangs here in Mexico.
The culture of honor is basic for survival, in these environments.
For me it's beautiful to see that honor is an act of love. In my experience
the honor cannot be changed, destroy or removed. It is possible to
transformed the way that we live it, the way that we expressed it.
And when the client distinguish between the honor as a form and the
expression of that honor as a behavior, it is beautiful how they can find
their own way to integrate this in their life.
Sometimes they chose the same behavior, sometimes was different, in every
case was with consciousness about their loyalties and consequences.
I have learned to honor deeply this form of survival.

Asunto: [ConstellationTalk] honor cultures
I am doing a constellation this Sunday for a young man of Sicilian descent,
and I would love your insights and experience with.
1) "Honor-based" cultures.
2) The situation is which the young man is ejected from the family for
being a threat to the established order (rather like young male stallions
being ejected from the herd to protect the lead stallion's harem).
Thanks in advance for any experience you've had with these and related
themes in the constellation context!
