As I am moving my steps into political constellations I certainly agree with
Anngwyn that a "historical background" is helpful to navigate, on the other
hand holding any judgement is as essential. Going back to "being empty" is
the beauty of a constellation...........

I find that a knowledge of history especially helpful when working with
systemic and transgenerational trauma. This is especially true when working
cross-culturally. Without this information about the history and culture of

people that one is working with, the facilitator will likely be hampered by

blind spots.
