Another way of looking at this in terms of consent. When clients invite
people to be their family members, one can refuse if it feels wrong. I've
seen this when one person is being overused, for example, or has been
invited to be in a constellation with their actual spouse. But how does a
child in the womb refuse? I've seen facilitators ask permission of the
ancestors for certain movements. Maybe there is a way that the pregnant
woman could ask permission of her unborn child before deciding whether they
should be in a constellation.
