Hi Everyone
Here is a notice about an online session for those interested in exploring the
application of systemic principles in an organizational setting. It will be
held on May 29 at 4 pm EST. We will examine, from a systemic perspective, the
nature of organizational trauma and dysfunction, including its sources,
impacts and possible solutions.
Organizations, like families, do function, but not many manage to do it
optimally. Fostering a positive work environment takes an exceptional level of
leadership; one that can see the current system and how it is influenced by the
past and other non-tangible factors.
The session will start with introductions and the opportunity to see who all is
in our virtual room. The presenter, Harrison Snow, will share models and
experiences related to this topic from a systemic perspective. We'll follow
this with both Q&A and dialogue so other practitioners on the call can make
connections between this material and their own Systemic OD work with clients.
