Dear Alison
Thanks again for putting this together and making the call for action
I’ve gotten a good response from our local constellation community of
facilitators
I don’t think we can put something together by Jan 18 although if the energy
keep building
we might put on an event this Spring in the DC area. Will you be sharing what
you and others are doing?
It would be good to know, learn from and inspire action by others/us.
Look forward to hearing from you and reading anything you might post on
constellation talk
about this initiative and constellate peace events
All the best

Subject: [ConstellationTalk] Justice and the Balance of Giving and Taking
Reply-To: ConstellationTalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hello Community,
First: several facilitators in the US are planning to lead community
constellations in response to gun violence and other social issues we are
facing. We're calling it "Constellate Peace." If you are interested, I invite
you to check out our page:
ConstellateUs.com/constellatepeace
My main question arises because I've found myself "inside" of a question around
the legacy of slavery and the desire for justice. This came up because I was
invited to do a Constellate Peace event for a largely black community in the
Bronx, and when I tuned in, I felt the desire for justice coming from a demand
that feels like wanting to see the balance of giving and taking. I also feel
some very old ancestors pointing to the tremendous beauty - a garden that is
our inheritance, but few are seeing it. Interesting, right now I'm noticing my
loyalty to those who want justice, and seeing that as an obstruction.
This is still moving in me, and like every constellation, it is complex and
rich - and full of spiritual paradox. But I'd love to hear your reflections on
historical injustice and the place of "the balance of giving and taking".
Clearly this is an old human story that we can all relate to.
With peace in my heart,
Alison
