Greetings to many that have been busy with wonder filled posts this
past week. Sneh, Anngwyn, Franz , Blanche, Anita and many others..
How amazing for me to return from a week sailing around a delightfully isolated
and quiet little Island off the Myall Lakes area, with the milky way in the
sky, dolphins (at one point up to thirty of them swam with the boat as we
sailed!!*
But more to the point whilst sitting in the sand on this lovely little island I
was reading your book
Anngwyn (given to me by a dear friend who has trained with me in Breathwork and
is also
passionate about constellation work) I enjoyed lying on the rocks on the beach
so much more because of my reading, thankyou.
A Breathwork practitioner and trainer for nearly 20years, current President of
the Australian Assoc of Breathwork Practitoners it is good to see a hearty
debate on Breathwork. I am also a Counsellor, NLP Pratitioner and Family
Constellations Facillitator for more than 8 years, we have all had people say
they have had bad experiences with different modalities. not everything is for
everyone and I love this and other forums as it is valuable to share what is
more effective/ less effective to support different challenges clients present
with.
Personally I find it often requires a different 'brew' for each and every
person, cognative work, innerchild, soul retrieval, F/constellations.bodywork,
meditation etc oh yes and compassion, quiet listening, patience, humility,
gentle humour etc are also good to add to the pot!
I am most grateful for what I have learnt thro Peter Levines work, your lovely
work Anngwyn
Babette and others. This has assisted me greatly in my practice, when and if
and how to use Breathwork, but at the end of the day it is simply using what we
have been given, our breath our body and our mind. For me my first breath
session was life changing as was the first time i experienced Family
Constellations. I cant not follow this movement within to work with them both
Many thanks to all for the passionate, soulful and heartfelt sharings oh for
more time to read them!!

your humdrum routine, as perhaps it may be thought, the true poetry of

Subject: [ConstellationTalk] Re: Night sailing, to be a mensch
Dear Franz,
another gift of a poem! Thank you.
I love it when our communication on CT has surprises as poems that
can paint what is difficult to put in words.
Something more I remember about the story of sailing without being
able to see: the art of seeing on the inside came to the apprentice,
who was in training with an old master-sailor, only after really hard
work, staying up for nights without end, feeling afraid of failing,
than when he was at the edge of collapse and did not care anymore-
came the vision, and he could see the moon clearly even though the
clouds were so thick, you hardly could see the fingers in front of
your face.
For the facilitator's (and the searcher's) path it might mean to be
ready to exhaust everything you have. And only when you truly give
up, comes the inside.
Rule number one for trainings (constellation's and life's):
Be total! Be ready to "sweat your constellations!"
And: as you said: It takes three years and more to make a journeyman.
Your question: why or what for do I offer
to facilitate
-a constellation for another?
-consteallations for groups?
-training in constellations?
Yes, why do we do this?
I do not have a true answer myself. More questions instead: why do
children love to through balls? Run wildly? Climb trees?
With warmth, Sneh Victoria
