Thank you Sneh for sharing your experiences, I find myself coming to a
'rest' within as i read. This topic has been a continuing personal
debate within myself too. I am learning to accept what is.
sometimes, that is not easy as the mind can be strong.
indeed, intentions can influence the whole process.
