My view is that people can do CW from different backgrounds but each individual's way of working will be different. Its not all vanilla flavoured. For me, there is no such thing as Constellation work 101. I can imagine also you could be a good therapist but a maybe not a good Constellation Facilitator. Attitudes are so important. I think we need to know where our growing edges are, that awareness is vital.

To the question at the end of a participant's first workshop (or first day of a workshop!) "Can I go home and do this with my friends?", I tend to say "if you can say that, then you don't really respect the work, and if you don't respect the work then it probably won't be safe for you, let alone your friends. But if you are really serious about learning, I can help you."

The funny thing is, the people who ask that type of question never come to me for help. Its the others, the ones who respect the work, who come to many workshops, that do.
