Hello all, here I am home from the 4th North American Summer Intensive and
full of love for you all. I'm in the process of making a small movie of a
constellation demonstration Chris gave while here-on shame, humility and how
bowing can connect us to ourselves, and by bowing to the object of the
family's shame-in my case, my mother, a reconnection with both self and
other is possible. If it turns out as well as I hope, then I will post it
here for all to view. I have never made a movie before but my professor
encourages stretching for a final project-which this is.
With the daunting topic in mind, I have read much of what Chris and others
have to say about the subject and have gained immeasurably from the process.
