another gift of a poem! Thank you.
I love it when our communication on CT has surprises as poems that
can paint what is difficult to put in words.
Something more I remember about the story of sailing without being
able to see: the art of seeing on the inside came to the apprentice,
who was in training with an old master-sailor, only after really hard
work, staying up for nights without end, feeling afraid of failing,
than when he was at the edge of collapse and did not care anymore-
came the vision, and he could see the moon clearly even though the
clouds were so thick, you hardly could see the fingers in front of
your face.
For the facilitator's (and the searcher's) path it might mean to be
ready to exhaust everything you have. And only when you truly give
up, comes the inside.
Rule number one for trainings (constellation's and life's):
Be total! Be ready to "sweat your constellations!"
And: as you said: It takes three years and more to make a journeyman.

-a constellation for another?
-consteallations for groups?
-training in constellations?
Yes, why do we do this?
I do not have a true answer myself. More questions instead: why do
children love to through balls? Run wildly? Climb trees?
