My experience was working with a centre in a rural area. They had a very bad
phenomena of a high incidence of car accidents and related deaths with young
people in the area. The group was a health centre that was dynamically involved
in the whole community. I was doing constellation work with them, and they
asked me to do something regarding this problem. It made sense, as they were
all very much engaged in the community, with this and other issues, so it
really 'belonged' to them as well.
The constellation made many things clear to them - the connections between
their work, the education system, the police, the social workers, the council,
etc.
When I returned to work with them a year later they reported that the work had
been very useful to them, both in terms of understanding the situation, and in
how and where to intervene.
I can't claim causative correlation, but the incidence of car-related deaths
amongst the youth had gone down to zero in the intervening year.
