I have just finished reading the compelling memoir "Dreams From My
Father - a story of race and inheritance" written by Barack Obama and
was first published in 1994 when he was about 33 years. It is a moving
account of a child's early dislocation from his father and his return
to his father's country (Kenya) and family whilst still in his
twenties. It was as though that extended first visit to Kenya was a
family constellation for him and a deeply healing ritual. I recommend
it.
Warm wishes to all CT readers,
