Aloha Sue –
A year ago, you suggested a new type of Constellation that features
representatives for Survival, Migration, and Assimilation. I have experimented
with your suggestion. My experience is that adding these elements is very
useful. This triad of elements can be applied in almost any circumstance and
always yields rich insights.
I highly recommend that others test out how to use these archetypes in
Constellations. I’d be interested in learning about your findings and sharing
more about mine.

I cannot answer your questions about radiation or "greater forces" because I
believe that what needs to be represented in the constellation I am proposing
are survival, migration and assimilation and to see if conflict--cause or
effect--can be resolved. It is this omnipresent dynamic or pattern that needs
help.

representative for Stalin kept "throwing" representatives of victims to the
ground, until at some point he too laid down with the representatives of the
victims. The representative had said he felt moved by a greater force and
eventually it came to an end. When it came to an end, he simply laid down and
it was over.
If so, this is such a difficult concept to accept.
So if we look at what is happening with the radiation….and do we consider it
the actions of a greater force that we simply accept? How does this fit with a
cosmological event, if at all? Or what might you suggest with that situation?

Thanks for your sharing your thoughts. When I talk of survival or migration
or assimilation I think of the movement of plants, or the earth, or the
universe not just humans with our egos and a self-history we can tap into. Man
thinks about this movement, its cause and its result, maybe some animals too.
The rest happens without thought, just as part of the process of life in our
universe. In any event a conflict of some sort is often part of the result or
cause of this movement.
A plant species migrates to an area with more water or less growth of other
competing plants or for more sun. Conflict is what caused the need for survival
which in turn may precipitate the migration and may also be part of
assimilation. The earth moves due to pressures within the core of the earth and
in response to (the movement) of other masses. None of this involves egos or
identities or perpetrators. It is just what happens on our planet and our ever
expanding universe.
It is a pattern to be explored and reckoned with. Can we heal the human part
or the other parts? I think we can but we must view and treat this on a
cosmological level even when working on its parts.

While awaiting a private long distance constellation last month I came
to the conclusion that the key elements in my upcoming constellation
were the survival, migration and assimilation of my grandparents and
parents. Upon deeper thought it became clear to me that this pattern is
the pattern of life for humans, animals, plants, the earth itself,
water, etc.€"even our ever-expanding universe. And, that an integral
part of this pattern is conflict.
I believe that if constellations are done for this synergy as frequently
and in as many places as possible and/or in as many places as possible
at one time we could shift this dynamic to a more positively functional
one for everyone and everything involved.
This schematic I envision for setting up the constellation has unlimited
potential for flow, growth and resolution. One or more people could
represent each part.

As a lay person in the world of constellations I have done six
constellations for myself (four remotely since I live in Hawaii) and
represented in around 50 over the years.
I look forward to any comments or feedback, as I am most interested in
getting the momentum going on this idea.
