I recently started a thread discussing whether a facilitator needed to be a
trained psychotherapist and Im very grateful for the range of responses. What
came through was a heartfelt sense of maturity and inclusivity. There was a
general feeling that a persons rich spiritual background would be enhanced by
the training and the facilitator would become a unique practitioner. It feels
good that experienced facilitators are not coming from a capitalist competitive
model which seeks to exclude 'the other'. I'm sure that we all strive for the
highest levels of professionalism in our work and are aware boundaries of
safety. It is refreshing that there is both openness and a spirit of adventure
here. Thank you
Also - there is a very positive review of last year's book 'Integrating
Psychodrama and Systemic Constellation Work' by Ronald Anderson and Karen
Carnabucci in the Spring 2012 issue of the journal 'Transactional Analysis 2(2)
2012 p26.
