This conference was rich with information and workshops on working with the collective on peace, global warming, activism across religious and cultural boundaries. I can not begin do justice to the content, but can share some of the intriguing phrases - the next evolutionary step for human beginning is the development of consciousness, quantum activism, collective wisdom in international diplomacy, and Pumla Gobodo-Madikizela's presentation on the dynamics of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africia. I hope these brief phrases will encourage all of us to learn more from the amazing presenters at this conference.

My personal experience of this years conference was quite different than my experience at the 2006 conference. There was a much smaller group of people this year who were English only speakers. I had experience of being the only English speaker in a workshop and it was a humbling and very moving experience. In my small group a woman shared a very powerful personal story and I could feel her sadness and her joy without being able to understand a single word. There is something about constellation work that transcends language. This applies to Collective Wisdom as we must also learn to transcend our individual identity to work with others collectively and it is being part of a "we" that makes us humans.
