I think that you also brought up a crucial point which is the care
after a workshop. from my own experience, i have also felt very low,
shaky and afraid after a couple of workshops that I had attended and
had to get over it almost on my own. (the only contacts i had were
overseas and i had to write the very next day - just to get some
support. Perhaps also having some understanding of the work at that
time helped me to get through it.)
