In the Jungian sense, i have found this thread "fascinating" in that it quite
literally lights up so many images.
In the first few responses, the issue of "what is secret " and "to whom is it
secret" was joined. It is best remembered that the "field" does the work and
It's entry as an inspirer of the direction of the work is to be acknowledged
through our willingness to be open,flexible to work with that field. As there
are multiple planes to the field, each aspect
constellator,constellatee,representor, and field holders,holdees are multiple
facets of the same light.
As the healing state is an altered state of consciousness, in all humility it
is wise for us to be aware of the fact that there are many circumstances where
compassion for the need for "non verbalized knowing' must be acknowledged and
respected. In the field love is present, but when we return to our normal state
of consciousness it may be not so. This is particularly obvious in the power
dynamics of organizations. A secret in other contexts might create very wagging
tongues as the idiom goes in English.
So the issue might well not be cast as secret or non secret, but rather the
constellator in his purified and at times rarified decision making opts for one
direction or another in the context of the fields themselves.
That said, i am much struck by the work of the Australian Max Dauskardt in this
area. Coming to the work as i do from a therapy oriented background, it is
obvious to me that the issue of the interview is a choice point. Max's work
seems to honor this reality and to choose the way,interview or not depending
upon his sense of the field at that moment. Currently his work in America is
focused on awareness of post traumatic slave syndrome working with African

solution focused questions which the client answers for him/herself, not out

Hello from Belgium ! A colleague of mine told me that during her group
workshops, she would always have the interview with the client prior to
his/her constellation apart from the group. That means she does it
confidentially, in a separate room and then join back the group with her
client for the constellation. So the group is unaware of the subject and
the story related to it, and the client safeguard his privacy. This
provides wonderful insights, with a more neutral quality to jump in the
field of the constellation...and very good results. Does anyone of you
have experience with this or any comment ? Thanks and great days
