Hi there - we have been approached by a school that specialise in children - 14
to 18 yo who have issues in mainstream high school education.
The founder/principal and some of his staff have completed some of our
workshops and have also either experienced their own constellation/s or
observed one or more.
We are unwilling to proceed with working with the students in our non
constellation work until the issues within the family systems have been
addressed within a constellation workshop environment.
The school feels that some parents maybe unwilling to attend and constellation
workshop - we feel it is inappropriate for the children to be the instigators
of the work.
I was wondering if the principle informed the parents of the work and gleaned
the relevant information from them could he then surrogate for the parent/s
If anyone has any experience of this surrogate concept or any comments I'd be
