I had a constellation set up for me with my weight a long time ago, and
there was no bullying involved. I'm not sure exactly who the two
representatives morphed into, but it could have been me and my mother, or my
mother and her brother who died young, or my weight protecting me. As I
remember it, in the beginning there was some antagonism between the two, and
after some time, the one representing weight cuddled the one representing
me. Since that and one other constellation involving weight, I released the
extra 20 pounds I wanted to let go of.
The other constellation started out with my parents facing me, and my two
sisters were behind me. As the oldest and most rebellious, I did take most
of the 'heat' as a child. And because of that I intervened between my
children and husband, because I didn't want them to have to deal with what I
had to endure from my father. At the end, my sisters and I were in line, in
order of age, facing our parents. I was carrying too much 'weight' in the
family. I guess you could consider that bullying was involved in this one,
although it wasn't represented, because my father certainly exhibited those
qualities often.
I have found another dynamic about weight is that when a woman doesn't feel
comfortable with men, or consciously doesn't want to attract men due to
previous sexual abuse, or fears about having sex, or being married and not
supposed to be attracted to other men, she will gain weight as a protection.
Our society teaches women that thin is sexy and fat isn't, so by becoming
overweight she thinks she won't have to deal with men hitting on her, or
thinks she can flirt with them without repercussions because they won't be
attracted to her. There may be some men who do the same, but I am not sure.

Has anyone had experience setting up a person and their weight, depression
or phobia? I have seen three such constellations and in each case the
"symptom" was bullying and wanted the person to leave. In one case, the
weight actually threw the person out of the house. I am curious what
other's have seen with these types of constellations. I feel embarrassed to
say I don't understand the dynamic even though I feel it is somewhat obvious
but I just can't get it.
