[ddots-l] 128TH-note in that Other English language

I have found that most of our musical brethren over there are much more
likely to know what we mean by, say, a quarter-note than by what they mean
by crotchet.  But, if they don't understand 128TH-note, try semi hemmi demmi
semiquaver!
