Hi DJX,
Please forgive for not be in touch with you, although I had found an idea to
your answer relating the audio file format that can work on SONAR. Apart MP3,
WMA might work.
By the way, when I can, I am working on two new songs and I tried a 8-bitty or
Gameboyey version of Scot Jooplins' "The Entertainer". If you want, I can send
you this version that I had tried to make on Sonar and you or someone in the
list could upload it on YouTube.
Thanks
Adel

What type of file are you trying to import? If it's an mp3 file, you don't need
to select all files, sonar should see it automatically. Please check the file's
extension to verify that it hasn't been changed, and check the format.
If you have access to a wave editor that can open the file, such as gold wave
or sound forge, try converting the file to a wave file first and then import
the wave file into sonar.

Hi Mark
Thanks for your quick response. It doesn't seem to be working for me. I have
the file on a pen-drive. I create a new project, just a two track audio
project. I go to import, choose audio, all files, find the file, press open
and it says "file format not supported."
What am I doing wrong?
Richard

Hi all
Looking for a bit of advice. I have an audio file, MP3. I am trying to import
it into Sonar. Can I do that. It is a recording of an interview I did on a
portable device which I am trying to edit on Sonar.
