Lori and others,

If you're using CakeTalking for Sonar then all (or at least most of) your 
questions can easily be answered by reading the excellent tutorial provided 
with the product. Step-by-step instructions on how to do many things.

Hi Darren, yes I would find audio tutorials for Sonar helpfull.
1, explaining to connect Sonar to your keyboard and M-audio or other
soundcard.
2:  A demo of how to mix 2 tracks together, example a piano sound with
vocals.
3: How to eddit tracks, for example if you hit a wrong note, how you would
go back to that note remove it and put the right note in place of it.
