Uncle has a letter C in it, for a start.
About your crash though, try to lessen the load on your CPU by
freezing tracks you aren't working with at the moment. That renders
them and bypasses anything on their effects bins.
Maybe freeze everything except the one track you are trying to
stretch or nudge around.
