The idea is that because audio and video files are larger, increasing the cluster size allows for faster reading and writing of these files. You would only want to do this on your audio-only drive, not your system drive containing Windows and your applications.

Anyway, thanks for the help on this guys. Going to the command prompt and doing:
formmat driveLetter: /a:64K
got things sorted out nicely. And yes, I am definitely noticing a performance boost!
