[ddots-l] Compressor, EQ Realtime effect in Sonar--anyone?

Hi all,
I want to learn about shaping my audio tracks with Realtime effects, especially
the EQ. I also need to learn about compressor in detail. Any
documentation/tutorial out there that I can downloat for free or buy? In the
Cake Talking Tutorial, there is only one lesson that talks about Realtime
effect. It doesn't have things that I need to learn. Ideas?
