[ddots-l] Converting Single Tracks into Double Tracks

How would I convert a single track of a grand staff in Sonar? I want to have
all the notes intact, as I wrote them originally in Sibelius, but for some
reason, in Sonar, the notes are all in one track instead of two. Strangely
enough, I originally saved it as a MIDI Type 1 format. What do I do next?
