Hello,
If you're using CakeTalking Sonar then there is an excellent tutorial on how to
do this.
Basically you set up a separate audio track for each instance. Each audio track
is a separate output and then the MIDI track can use whichever audio track
they want for the input.
I know that's vague, but that's the general idea.
