Sounds as if you would still need to use the original drum module, record the drum pads as midi, then reassign the individual sounds within whichever drum program you decide to utilize...

A friend of mine has an electric drum kit with pads that you connect to a module with the drum sounds.How would I do it if I want to connect the pads straight to Sonar instaid of the module?
