Are you able to make patch and bank changes in the track properties
dialog in Sonar? Are you saving your work after making changes in the
track properties? If so, I imagine that when you open the project, the
last patches you put in, should be there. Another thing you might
consider is going to the project options MIDI out page and checking the
box that says patch bank search back before play starts. That way, if
you have bank and patch changes that happen during the piece, the
project will start with whatever patch and bank settings are present at
the beginning of the piece regardless of the point at which the file was
saved.

Hello from Germany,

Ever so often I read here that some of you use the Edirol Orchestral
plugin.
I have it here, but I have some trouble using it. How can you set this
program up so it will respond to program and/or bank change commands for

example? Can we get to the list of orchestras or whatever they are
called,
rather than changing every parts assigned instrument manually? Whenever
I do
that and I save my work, I will have to find those settings again
manually
when I restart sonar on a later ocasionö. Is that normal?

Hope my questions are not too much off topic here.

Regards, Axel
