[ddots-l] External hard-drives

Hello. I am thinking about purchasing an external hard-drive to use with my lap-top. I want to know the best way to manage Sonar and Caketalking to minimize interference with the mane operating system. I have XP pro Sonar 7 and Caketalking 7. Is there a particular drive I should be looking at? Also What is the general procedure for setting this up? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks very much. Todd Houghton
