Load the plugIn in question, go to the vst options button, find the load
bank option, then when the open dialog opens up, find the fxb file you
purchased. Once you open it, all the presets for that bank (max of 128) will
be availabel either in the presets list, the track properties, or both.
FXB (Foxtrot, Xray, bravo) is a preset bank format for vst plugIns which can
hold upto 128 presets.
FXP (Foxtrot, Xray, papa) is a single program/patch preset for vst plugIns
which can only load 1 preset or patch at a time.
As far as I know, this only works for VSTI/VST plugs, not DXI/DX ones.

Subject: [ddots-l] FXB files

I purchased the legacy bundle and have worked on some hot spot sets, but I'd
really like to find out more about these FXB files, where to get them, and
how to use them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
