Chi:
You do need to have the "all" tab active for the column navigation to work
properly. Also, if you are using a lot of soft synths and plug-ins and your
cpu usage gets to high, things are going to get very sluggish. You may want to
try raising your buffer settings when this starts to happen. What do you
normally have them set at? And of course, you ay need to unload and reload
jaws from time to time.

Subject: [ddots-l] Few Questions for ct6: column Nevigation Issue, Continuous
meter, and Event View

  Hi,

When I insert some soft synths and effects, it seems like ct is having hard
time nevigating around the track pane. Even if I refresh, it keeps asking me to
refresh.
If I first go to name column, I can jump to a differen column, but it
frequently has difficulty to jump from different columns. Of course, I close
all the dialogs for soft synths and effects with control+f4.
Even though I didn't hide anything, it sometimes informes me that it can be
done only when all the tabs are shown or something like that. I forgot the
exact phrase. Anyways, if I press shift+arrow to show other columns, the ct
can't determine which state it is on either.
When first default templat is loaded, the nevigation works very fast, but as
I add soft synths and effects, it gets slower and slower and even fails to jump
around the columns even after a refresh.

Secondly, I know that continuous meter bogs down the resource, but I heard
that jSonar get the meter from surface without showing it to the screen. Can it
be implemented on ct as well?
Lastly, does anyone experience huge lag in event view for ct 6.2?

  Chi
