what about if you were to get some one to label the graphics, as this is
possible on the Mac to do with Voice over?
and then save those graphic sets.

This is correct. It might be possible to use VoxKeys to achieve something,
but it's going to need a fiar bit of sighted help, I'm afraid.

You won't se anything on the MAC side using voice over at all in the
Focusrite control panel. Maybe some of the keyboard support to open
snapshots etc will work however, even if you can do that, you will still
need to change the clock source as that isn't set by default and I don't
think there is currently an equivalent of >HSC for the MAC so, you would
need to get someone to position the mouse on that control for you.
