Hello,
  GPO is partially accessible. When you open its prop page, you can
use Jaws cursor to load instruments. The whole thing is:
  1. go to top of window (ctrl+home);
  2. down to find the dash, and the below are four columns of slots,
16 for instruments and 16 for tunings;
  3. I only use the instruments slots. Keep in mind that they are
arranged vertically. So the first four empty slots are 1, 5, 9 and 13.
Move Jaws cursor to these slots, a left click will bring up a menu. I
suggest you use presets instead of import. The GPO submenu contains
two things. Choose Standard, and then groups and subgroups, then
instruments. For other controls, I'm afraid you must ask a person to
create a HotSpot script, or manually insert various controller
messages such as BDF and Aggressive.
  Personally, I don't like GPO very much, because its sound is like a
small or medium orchestra. I'd like to buy VSL and have someone to
build up templates. Furthermore, VSL is not completely inaccessible,
and some functions can be accessed with Jaws cursor. But I must
collect 9980 euros for its complete package.
