By ear, using an audible tone. First I tune the strings to their pitch, high-to-low pitch. Then I tune each string to a "G" based on the 3rd string, since I play mostly in keys that use the G chord or its variants. I know most of you are MIDI masters, but how do you guitar players, who have no vision like myself, tune your guitars? Do you use some type of accessible software, or do you use your hearing by tuning to a soft synth or tuner that emits a tone? There has to be a way to tune perfectly, but I do not know of such a way. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Internet Explorer 8 – Get your Hotmail Accelerated. Download free!
