Ok first, don't get too excited here. Since we can access the important parameters through Sonar's Track Inspector, all these sets do is hopefully give you access to the Load and Save preset buttons. Still, this is quite valuable, if you no longer run older Waves DirectX plug-ins, or if like me, you like having some factory presets to try out or as starters for your own creations.
Readme First file follows:These sets were created using Waves version 8, Jaws 12, HSC build 207, Sonar 8.53 Producer, on a Windows 7 64-bit system. So, the various Waves plugs were all loading through Sonar's Bit Bridge feature.
To install, simply copy all the .hsc files to your Sonar folder underneath Personalized Settings. On my Win7 system running CakeTalking and Sonar Producer, the path looks like this: C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Roaming\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\12.0\Settings\enu\PersonalizedSettings\SONARPDR
When you insert one of the Waves plug-ins onto a track or bus, it's own VST window should open. If you aren't placed there automatically, ALT+TAB through your open applications until you reach it. Jaws should say "External VST Window", then the name of the plug-in once the window gains focus.
HSC MODS+L: Load Preset. HSC MODS+S: Save Preset. In equalizer plug-ins which have a "flat" button, to return all controls to flat, you can activate this by pressing HSC MODS+F.
I have no idea if these HSC sets will work on your system. All I can say is that they work reliably on mine. I hope they are useful.
