Try pressing the letter F. I think this will give you a view of all your
tracks. You're not suppose to leave it like that though. If pressing F fixes
it then press F6.

For some strange reason I can only view a single track in Sonar.
Could someone please help me get the view back to normal where all the
tracks are showing.
