An important note about the Bob Katz mastering book: The version on Bookshare is an older edition. The newer edition has about 50% new content, plus it is better organized. I heard that from katz himself when I asked if I would be OK with the older edition. 


Anyway, it's available in print from his site or Amazon.com etc.
I scanned my copy and when I get Kurzweil version 12 I'll re-recognize the images and see if it improves the accuracy.
