Are you on Windows 10 only? I ask because as far as I know there are no
thunderbolt drivers for Windows 7 from Focusrite, and none of the newer Intel
thunderbolt chipsets have Windows 7 drivers either.
I don't think the control panel/new mixControl is accessible/usable either. I
haven't seen it for myself yet, as I've not had the chance to get my hands on 1
of these units yet, but I worked with the new Scarlet control panel about a
year ago, which is similar to the Claret, and that one is unusable with screen
readers.
