[ddots-l] Hsc help

Hi all if i open a synth or plug in, i press hsc mod + double tap h for help.
It then promps me to press up or down arrows to scrol the help file but in most
cases it does nothing if i press the arrows to scrol. Is this a hsc error or am
i doing something wrong?
