[ddots-l] Hsc problem

Hi all, when i'm in a plug in and i press hsc mod and double tap h for help, it
goes in to the help window and tells me i must use arrow keys to scrol but when
i try it nothing happens. Not a single word, not even blank. What am i doing
wrong?
