[ddots-l] I need to speak with a Synthogy ivory 1.5 user

Hi.  I'm having some issues with ivory and I need some guidance.  The lower
and higher octaves sound great but in the middle octaves, I'm having issues
with velocity.  I'm wondering if it's loading some sort of default piano
which doesn't have all the velocity layers?

Also, when I select a piano in sonar, I hit control F4 to close the ivory
window.  However, I can't figure out how I can get back into it to change
the piano preset after I've recorded.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
