Sibelius 6 comes with an add-on called Audio Score Light. You can also purchase
the full version. I think there may be others out there, but have not tried any
of them.
Usually they don't do a good job with anything with combinations of
instruments, and it's essential to find a way to mark the tempo so that you get
an accurate MIDI file result. I found Audio Score Light to be fairly graphical
in the interface, so the results from using defaults were not very impressive.

Is this a possibility that Sibelius can convert an audio recording into music
notes? If so, how would it work? If not, is there a program that I would need
in order to achieve this task?
