[ddots-l] JFW 7.1 won't murge

Ok, to try JFW 7.1 with CT and SibSpeaking, I went to run the murge
utility, as in previous versions. Only problem is, it's shown as
"unavailable" in the Utilities menu. Has anybody else noticed this?
