[ddots-l] Jaws crashs when opening a html file

Hi friends, making here a HSC set with associated txt help and html manual file 
.
But, having this strange issue: jaws 14  it's turning  off, soon the html  file 
is open .
I tested with  Jaws 11, opens it no worrys .
Any thoughts what could be making this crash?
